Troscriptions Tro+ Somna™ with Melatonin is a rapidly dissolving troche designed to support healthy sleep quality and relaxation before bedtime. Each troche combines melatonin with apigenin, dihydrohonokiol-beta (DHH-B), and agarin in a convenient format that allows individualized dosing.

Each troche is scored into four equal sections, making it easy to begin with a smaller amount and adjust as directed by your healthcare provider. Naturally flavored with vanilla and sweetened with stevia, Tro+ Somna™ offers a convenient bedtime option for nighttime support.

Suggested Use:

Step 1: Find your dose. Each Tro Plus Somna with Melatonin troche is scored into 4 quarters. Start with 1/4 or 1/2 and increase as needed.

Step 2: Swallow. Take your dose 30–60 minutes prior to sleep. Take 1/4 to 1 full troche, 30 to 60 minutes before bed, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
